Saturday, July 2, 2016 - Clear, medium intensity, lemon color.

Wide open right from the start. Medium(+) intensity of aromas. Starting to show some development. Yellow apple, tropical fruit, grilled lemon, honey, butter cookies and slight baking spice.

Fresh and vibrant on the palate with medium(+) intensity. Medium bodied with medium(+) acidity. Tasted along with the 2011 1:er Cru Sechet also from Dauvissat and today this was a lot more enjoyable than the bigger wine.

This is entering a really good phase so within 3-5 years.
