Monday, July 11, 2016 - Came across a touch advanced at first, but I felt this freshened up with some air. The flavours are quite tertiary with lots of bready, mushroom, vanilla cream, and nutty notes framing the baked pear and orange peel notes on the palate. A powerful, broad style on the palate with a slightly creamy texture; at first it felt a bit soft but seemed more focused when I revisited a couple of hours later.
