Friday, July 15, 2016 - Blind Chablis Tasting (River Forest, IL): Tasted blind in Chablis flight. Green apple and lemon zest. Moderate weight with minerality and good acidity on finish. Clearly bright and youthful, but I would think this best from now through the next few years. My 5th favorite of the blind tasting, the group's 4th.
