Saturday, July 30, 2016 - Appearance: pale gold, clear

Nose: lovely fragrance - softer stone fruits, citrus peel, honeysuckle notes

Palate: medium to high acidity, good length, medium body. Citrus flavours come through, very fresh going to maybe baked apple and a little sherbety on the finish

Very versatile food wine. Went well with soft goats cheese, smoked cheddar, ham salad
