Saturday, August 13, 2016 - Platnick turns 50, this from magnum and drinking spectacularly. Grand Cru fruit really shines in the large scale fruit driven well balanced bright bubbly. Crowd favorite that evaporated in minutes, no joke. Really good stuff, don't see it improving from here, but no rush to drink up either.
