Saturday, January 23, 2016 - Medium body, bright garnet red color. Attractively aromatic, wild berries, floral and oak notes aroma. Currants and cherry on the palate, black olives on medium long finish. Juicy and easy, silky texture, complex and well balanced, fresh berries acidity, tannic now. Best match is meat dishes (stew veal) or not sharp cheeses (Sao Jorge, Pecorino Toscano, Emmental/Maasdam or Gouda). Open at least 6 hour in advance. Serve 18º - 22º. Still young, drink next year, about three years, perhaps more.
