Full body, deep garnet-purple colour. Intense aroma of black fruits, herbs, liquorice and toasted oak. On palate prune, blackberry, black olives, grippy tannins and lovely acidity following by hot but juicy finish of good length. Rich, bold and powerful, complex but slightly unbalanced. Food friendly, well pairing to medium rare steak entrecote. Serve 16ºC - 18ºC. Young and requires two hours aeration. Drink now and the next 8/10 years.
