Friday, September 9, 2016 - Medium ruby color lightening up slightly towards the rim. Amazing nose of plum, also some raspberries, underwood, cedar, christmas cake, touch of white pepper, star anise, some stems but very well integrated. On the palate there is also mainly red fruit, peppery notes, sweet spices, also some animalic notes like beef blood. Medium+ bodied, dense but weightless, with medium+ acidity and medium tannin that is like pure silk. Long and complex finish. An incredibly silky, pure and smooth Burgundy with great freshness. Wow what an experience!
