Saturday, September 10, 2016 - A smooth and well balanced riesling which reminded me of a kabinett without as much mineral.
Flavors of honeyed lemon and a touch of mineral and balancing acidity.
Drink this quite chilled.

This paired very well with jambalaya, adding a floral and fruit element.
