It is fruity, to be sure, almost Morgon-like on the attack before the structure comes through at the end. Terrific balance, and wish I could fast-forward the clock 15-20 years to taste this at maturity, but alas, one does not have that luxury with Rougeard and must take advantage of the opportunity to drink it whenever it becomes available.
