Friday, October 21, 2016 - Very pretty, pink-magenta hue with average beads and mousse. A big fruity nose at the pop but it faded away fairly quickly, leaving a trail of strawberry pie and 7-Up behind. The palate is stronger with good acidity and weight, with a succinct brut grip on the gums. Fully serviceable for a backyard party, which is where my other 6 bottles go tomorrow. 5+9+14+7 = 85
