Sunday, October 23, 2016 - Light, golden straw colour. This is an enjoyable mix of stony, tropical fruit and mouth-puckering lime and saline notes. The time in bottle has definitely softened (just a bit) the acidity and added a nutty, almost praline edge to the body. Long, sappy finish; this could definitely see 2-3 years, would be interested to see how those nutty textures could develop further. ***1/2
