Tuesday, November 1, 2016 - I find this wine extremely appealing with association of late summer. Slightly warm and fat style, but with prominent citrus notes, salty water, pear and honey, especially on the palate. Nose is more towards salty citrus and summer flowers. Great length. balance and freshness, and La Forest keeps its position as one of my favorite Chablis.
Probably a perfect bottle, so lucky me.
