Sunday, November 6, 2016 - Gosh is this good stuff. One of my favorite champagnes. Celebrating a birthday and it's just very festive. A softer almost sweeter side to get - get vanilla and apricot on the palette. Bubbles extra fine. And just complex. It's an evolving one. Sitting some of ours down, but was nice to have a peek right now.
