Friday, November 11, 2016 - Medium-dark rosewood color. Intense aroma of black licorice and the sweet smell of ripe blueberries. Similar licorice notes on the palate with a hint of orange zest, and some musty sous bois flavors. Amply tannic finish. This has plenty of tertiary nuance already, but more maturation might be warranted to the the structural elements smooth out.
