Monday, November 14, 2016 - - Brick color with fast forming legs and aromas of chocolate, black pepper, black currant and cherry. It's in total harmony and has flavours of cherry, black pepper, licorice anise and vanilla with a full body. Round texture with a long finish - Double decanted 3 hours. Still a very young wine. Slight mint finish too. An excellent wine that can sleep in the cellar for a long time.
