Friday, November 25, 2016 - Decanted and consumed over 6+ hours. Dark purple color. Not much on the nose besides some heat, maybe a trace of vanilla. Big, juicy dark fruits on the palate. Evokes blueberry pie filling while somehow not coming across as too overripe. Noticeable heat through the mid-palate and lingering into the dry, slightly tart, slightly chewy finish. Very good juice, if a bit intense. 91-92pts.
