Thursday, December 1, 2016 - Dom Pérignon Dinner (Atara): Nose showing great development with honeycomb, brioche, and saline. Retains freshness and acidity. Good acid with mature citrus fruit on the palate with trace minerality. Hints of wood smoke keep it interesting. Big fan of the '85 DP but the '82 gets the nod ce soir.
