Tuesday, December 6, 2016 - Ooh Laa Laa. Purchased a full case at $33/btl. This is the first bottle. No disgorgement date is listed on the label, unfortunately.
Very light and delicate white fruits on the nose, a bit of chalk, slight hint of bread.
The palate is a bit more rich and inviting, with deep BdB flavors of lemon and apple, and a vein of slate right down the middle. The perfectly measured dosage is apparent on the long and delicious finish.
This Champagne is so easy to drink. It is elegant and rich, quite deftly put together. Drink now through 2020+.
