Thursday, December 8, 2016 - Pale ruby colour. The nose displays pronounced intensity aromas of ripe strawberries, candied red cherries, violets, vanilla, cinnamon, hints of liquorice and hints of leafs.

It is dry in the mouth with a medium acidity. It has medium- soft tannins and a medium+ alcohol. It has a medium body and pronounced intensity flavours. The finish is long.

It is a very good quality wine. It has a persistent, finish, a juicy concentration and some complexity provided by oak ageing, but the oak is a bit too present, and the wine is a bit too heavy for a Pinot Noir.
