garnet. Aromas of toast, cherries. Palate with medium acidity and body, and flavors of cherries and toast, some dried fruit. A simple oaked PN- to the point that the varietal tipicity does not come through.

Lately have been looking at +/- $20 Pinots, mostly from Oregon. Today at Costco this was $12. Had to try it. For $12 it is wonderful. Not the most elegant Pinot but definitely good flavors and good acid balance. The tannins are a bit much and there is bitter not in the mid palate and finish but it is still a very good wine.

Red clear liquid. On the nose red fruit and oak. The wine is well balanced with med high acidity and medium alcohol. On the palate raspberries vanilla and a little tannins that extend the good taste of fruit. A little acidity to come help in pushing the mix. While not as complex as some other Pinots for the price you get allot more than french Pinot noir in my view. Good QPR

Pale ruby colour. The nose displays pronounced intensity aromas of ripe strawberries, candied red cherries, violets, vanilla, cinnamon, hints of liquorice and hints of leafs.
It is dry in the mouth with a medium acidity. It has medium- soft tannins and a medium+ alcohol. It has a medium body and pronounced intensity flavours. The finish is long.
It is a very good quality wine. It has a persistent, finish, a juicy concentration and some complexity provided by oak ageing, but the oak is a bit too present, and the wine is a bit too heavy for a Pinot Noir.

Needed about an hour of air, then soft, delicate and very enjoyable with bright cherries dominating. Remarkably good pinot noir at this price.
