Sunday, December 18, 2016 - Jeremy Holmes has it spot on. This is gorgeous wine with all the freshness and spiciness you would hope for in a GC Chambertin. Beautiful sour cherry and minerality and forest floor on the nose. Paired crazy well with Spiced Duck Tagliatelle with pecorino and mushrooms
