Tuesday, December 20, 2016 - Apple and toast on the nose. Good acidity and lemon and pear at the start, a richness in the middle, and then apple (not green) on the finish. Carries some sweetness to it.
Pleasant, and the acidity holds its own against mussels in cream broth. Not bad at its price point.
