Monday, December 19, 2016 - From magnum. Honey colored. A bit dull with the tasting pour, but quickly offered petrol-y notes admixed with citrus rind/curd notes. Good and not overbearing acid, well balanced. Finish is a tad shorter than I'd like. Pairs well with miso soup.
