Monday, February 4, 2008 - Lots of sweet, earthy aromas and flavors. This is a nicely textured wine - reasonably fat on the mid-palate, with a fine dusting of tannins on the finish. Nervy acidity dances around the edges throughout. The fruit never really emerges, leaving a bit of a hole in the middle. Very enjoyable, especially with food.
