  Soft fruit and earthy nose. Coated the palate with mellow fruit and forest floor. Nice acidity with fairly integrated tannins. Not terribly complex, but elegant and enjoyable. Starting to come alive. Drink over the next five years.

  Lots of sweet, earthy aromas and flavors. This is a nicely textured wine - reasonably fat on the mid-palate, with a fine dusting of tannins on the finish. Nervy acidity dances around the edges throughout. The fruit never really emerges, leaving a bit of a hole in the middle. Very enjoyable, especially with food.
