Saturday, December 24, 2016 - Pop and pour and served with food at the end of a dinner.
This was a bright and herbal wine, showing a wonderful mix of dark fruit with a savory element of mint and some eucalyptus. Clean and bright and mouth watering, with elements of a cool climate syrah.
Enjoyable.
