Tuesday, January 3, 2017 - Was hoping for a bit more given the price. This medium bodied, slightly viscous. Very delicate flavors, somewhat saline. Went well with fish, but wouldn't say worth paying close to 50 dollars just to say you've had a single varietal Carricante.

    1/3/2017 6:51:00 PM - hi, Kent, thanks for the note. FWIW, these tend to show their best around 6-9 yrs after release. If you have another, give it 3-4 hours of aeration (at least) in decanter if serving anytime soon. ciao
