Sunday, January 22, 2017 - I had this with a Subway Turkey Sandwich on 1/22/17. It had a fragrant, focused bouquet of apple, brioche, almond, lemon peel and minerals. The palate was clean, crisp and a little tart with flavors of green apple, lemon peel, bread and chalky minerals.
