Saturday, March 18, 2017 - A little bricking but still very dark ruby in color. Loads of spice on the nose and plate. In that nice sweet spot in development where the sweet fruit is still present but on the finish a little savory character is beginning to develop. A hint of black olives emerges with time and then disappears with more time. Tannins are still present but very balanced with suggesting that this has room to improve.
