Sunday, March 26, 2017 - White flower, wild flower blossom, saline, and crushed rock aromas on the elegant, pure nose. Gorgeously concentrated with biting acidity and impressive grip. Finishes intense and saline. The 2012 Blanchot has the stuffing to age effortlessly for many years. Drink starting 2020.
