Wednesday, April 5, 2017 - Montrachet: Ramonet v. Drouhin (Highlights): Gorgeous nose, much better rounded than that on the Drouhin with creamy and nutty notes. White flower and honeysuckle. Palate feels better rounded as well and with some savoury development. Rich and creamy, but still elegant and with the acid to balance it all out perfectly.
