Saturday, April 8, 2017 - Beautiful ruby red color. Very dry nose, hit with the aroma of a pacific north west ocean/beach, followed by some heat; chipotle peppers in adobo, earthy mushrooms. The bold flavors continue upon first sip, some beef jerky that then opens up to the fruit; raspberry jam with a vanilla custard finish. Very nice, complex, wine. Really enjoyed it, need to get my hands on a few more bottles of this.
