Lighter body. Notes of orange spice, petrol, and black licorice. Peppery flavor, tannins are present and in check. Long finish. This wine still seems fresh.

Beautiful ruby red color. Very dry nose, hit with the aroma of a pacific north west ocean/beach, followed by some heat; chipotle peppers in adobo, earthy mushrooms. The bold flavors continue upon first sip, some beef jerky that then opens up to the fruit; raspberry jam with a vanilla custard finish. Very nice, complex, wine. Really enjoyed it, need to get my hands on a few more bottles of this.

Tabun’s have relaxed nicely, fruit is still vibrant. Drink now or hold for 5 years.
