Sunday, May 7, 2017 - This was disgorged in january 2012. Drank at Rossignol dinner. Oxidized, but not as much as the vintage 1999 I had the next week. Still very lively acid that went beautifully with the sherry notes. Bubble still strong. Great wine, but time to drink up.
