Saturday, June 3, 2017 - My third time with this champagne, previously the 1990, and 1996.
Certainly the best vintage of the three. Initially quite a bit of oak and smoke, but after half an hour or so, quite dry and fresh, with citrus. This has a long way to go, but is also great to drink today.
