Sunday, June 4, 2017 - Tasted blind, this wine had a medium yellow center and clear rims. The effervescence was mellowing but still noteworthy. The medium intensity nose was quite ripe and showed apples, vanilla, and citrus.

This wine was a bit watery at fist but as it aired it developed an attractive limestone flavor that further enhanced its complexity. It tasted light but had a lovely finish.

This is an excellent Champagne. I doubt this will improve with age so I recommend looking for reasons to pop the cork.
