Tuesday, November 27, 2007 - The nose had pear, apple, mineral and floral aromas. There really was a lot going on right from the bottle. The palate was very smooth, and almost slightly creamy. Great pear, citrus and some apple flavors followed by a mineral aftertaste. Nice length finish. This bottle was a huge hit, and I wished I had bought more.
