Saturday, June 17, 2017 - Needs an hour decant to really come around and deepen. Slightly rustic with a fantastic nose of sweet milk chocolate, truffle, and dried herbs. Palate is similar but with metallic and iron rich. Less sweet than others I've had. Still highly acidic and young needing a few more years.
