Wednesday, June 28, 2017 - Wines at Smaller Meals and Between Meals; 6/20/2017-7/2/2017 (Burgundy): Lemon curd, ripe apple and a hint of honeycomb. This wine seems chiseled out of limestone with oystershelly embedded in the rock. Powerful and texturally thrilling. So enjoyable already with lots of upside.
