Thursday, June 29, 2017 - Just cranking tonight. A perfect combination of secondary favors of caramel, butterscotch and toffee along with more primary notes of baking spices, yeast and dough. Medium dark gold. So much energy and vibrance. Hard to see a better showing of this wine right now. Feels like its at its apex.
