Wednesday, July 5, 2017 - Very pure, strong and clean nose full of red apples. Taste is well balanced with medium acidity. Notes of nuts and some apricots emerge after some air.

It is not the most complex champagne, but it provides a very clean and pure impression - If bold, strong pinot champagne is your thing, then this certainly delivers. L07, which I believe means it is based on the 2004 vintage.
