Tuesday, July 18, 2017 - Nose: Fresh mint, basil, and other assorted herbs combine with undertones of black cherries, flowers, bacon fat, Vasoline petroleum and leather. Super cool nose! Palate: Still brisk acidity with light cherry, bacon fat and an elegant finish. After 2 years (last notes on 7/31/15) this has remained very similar to the last bottle but now with a very intriguing nose. Still very elegant and balanced and now 93 points. Last bottle will sit for another 2+ years.
