Delectable Blue Does not like this wine:

Wednesday, August 2, 2017 - I’m a little disappointed, both in myself and this wine. Firstly that I allowed a telemarketer to talk me into this wine on the basis that “it’s a Bannockburn” and secondly, because it just sucks.

It is almost full bodied for a Pinot, although a little cloudy. But the funky sour cherry fruit are unbalanced against the rest of the herbal/cola palate. I left it for 24 hours which helped, but the wine is still fundamentally unbalanced. I’d say it needs at least another 5 years to be drinkable.
