Sunday, August 6, 2017 - We were reluctant to open this Grand Cru now but we were interested in its development since we hold several bottles. It needed 30-45 minutes of airtime before the beautiful bouquet of floral pear appeared. light golden yellow color, concentrated citrus and stone fruit with good dose of minerals, perfect balance with a long heavenly finish. will surely improve over the next few years but very tasty now.
