2/9/2018 1:34:00 AM - I can tell you - no-one was more disappointed than me. I love my Kalleske's. I can't remember how long it was decanted for but it would have been a minimum of 15 minutes and it would have breathed for well over 30 minutes before it was consumed from the glass. I have another bottle so I'm going to put that down for a while in the hope that it dramatically improves.
2/9/2018 12:25:00 PM - It could be that it's still very young or just this vintage or just a funny bottle hopefully. I love them as well. I usually decant for minimum 2 hours unless it's a wine 10+ years old then i like to decant for 4-6 hours :D
2/9/2018 10:11:00 PM - You must live in a cold climate. If I breathed a red wine for 4 hours in Queensland in summer, it'd be so hot it would be undrinkable!
