Tuesday, August 22, 2017 - Longest Coravin test to date with the first pour last Sept for a bit over 11 months. Held up well with no signs of being previously tasted. If anything has improved with additional age. Went real well with Pork Tenderloin. This time showing a much more sweet cherry angle. Really balanced without any harsh edges. And consistent with my latest preferences, this is on the lower alcohol side in the 13's. May be time to try some of my other red Burg's.
