10/16/2017 11:55:00 AM - Sorry for the short note. No decant, but did open all bottles in the case of 6 2-3 hours in advance. I tend to like CNDP Blanc at a similar temp to white Burgundy (cooler than room temp, but significantly warmer than fridge temp). I tend to pour a full glass at a temp that is too cold and then let warm in the glass. My preference is to drink these wines relatively young. I tried a 15 year old example at a tasting once and it wasn't to my tastes (too much sherry aroma and taste). Apparently, they can go through a dumb phase between say 6 and 10 years old. I have never tasted in this window and don't have any trouble getting through a case well before then!
