Thankfully, with two hours of air in the bottle and some additional chill it's showing better; the acidity comes through more, providing needed balance; nice citrusy character, like sour orange or Meyer lemon, together with fleshy stone fruit. Silky texture. Subtle undercurrent of salinity. The RS (or whatever causes an impression of sweetness) doesn't work particularly well; I'm not loving this compared to some of Cruse's other wines; still, enjoyable enough.
