Sunday, October 8, 2017 - Last btl of this one. At first I thought it was on the edge and tasted a tad overripe and a bit oxidative. This blew off revealing a nice typical chenin with ripe pear, peaches, and tons of mineral. Acid is spot on. The overall quality of Anjou is very high for the price. Looking forward to baja fish tacos with this one for dinner tonight. I think it is going to sing.
